The tower of St James’ Church rising beneath a sky that was gathering drama over Poole.

The low viewpoint made the tower feel imposing, while the trees at the edges provided a natural frame. The heavy clouds were as important as the building, so I chose black and white to bring their shape forward and let the stonework hold its own against the sky.
